Sudou Kyouichi hails from Nikko, Tochigi Prefecture and is widely considered one of the series' best drivers. He leads the Emperor team, which exclusively runs Mitsubishi Lancer Evolutions, and drives their ace car—a Lancer Evolution III tuned to 350 hp with a WRC-style misfiring system.
Kyouichi's driving philosophy is pretty straightforward: a car needs serious turbo power and all-wheel drive to be competitive. He's a graduate of Toudou Juku, a respected racing school.
