Tsukina Farrow is Hina's mother and a minor character in Plunderer. She shows up right at the start of Chapter 1, moments before being pulled into the Abyss. In her final moments, she urges Hina to search for the Legendary Ace and hands her a Ballot—setting the whole story in motion.
