Izana Kurokawa was the 8th leader of Black Dragon before going on to found Tenjiku. He's got a distinctive look—average height, large purple eyes, and a noticeable tan.
Growing up in an orphanage left him craving connection, but that need never quite translated into how he treats people. He runs his organization like a tyrant, viewing his subordinates as expendable and making his contempt for them obvious, whether they're allies or enemies. He's fundamentally dismissive and rarely hides that he sees himself as above others.
His isolation made him an easy target for manipulation. When he created Tenjiku, he tried to maintain a tight grip on leadership, but subordinates were already working against him behind the scenes. Despite his attempts at iron-fisted control, he couldn't protect himself from the betrayal he'd been vulnerable to all along.
