A shy girl from Hinata's class who works on the school's library committee. She's a pretty talented manga artist, which tracks given how much time she spends drawing. She had feelings for Hinata at first, but once Mariabelle showed up and they started interacting, Sakura basically accepted that ship wasn't sailing. The real turning point came when Mariabelle accidentally outed herself as an actual dark elf in front of her. Since Sakura's a huge fantasy otaku, finding out her classmate was literally a dark elf from another world kind of blew her mind—in the best way. They ended up becoming close friends after that, which is honestly kind of sweet since it seems like Sakura got something better out of the situation than just a one-sided crush.
