An elf and the eldest of Cayna's three wards, he devoted himself entirely to mastering healing magic and eventually rose to the rank of high priest. In his world, he's basically royalty—commanding the same respect as a king or prime minister—and happens to be breathtakingly beautiful, which doesn't hurt his status.
His signature move is a flashy ability called Oscar-Roses Scatter with Beauty, which does exactly what it sounds like: conjures a shower of rose petals and sparkles around him. It's pure spectacle, and he knows it works.
