Kurihara
Kurihara serves as chairman of Hachimitsu Private Academy. While the school's underground student council, faculty, and management tend to stick rigidly to tradition, Kurihara takes a more progressive stance—he's actually open to the idea of admitting male students, which puts him at odds with the school's conservative hierarchy. The friction gets personal, though, since his daughter Mari heads the underground student council and firmly opposes his liberal approach.
The two butt heads constantly over school policy, but that's not their only source of tension. Kurihara harbors a rather embarrassing hobby: he's an avid browser of adult websites with a particular preference for Latin American content. Mari has discovered his secret, and she's thoroughly disgusted by it—which only adds another layer of awkwardness to their already contentious relationship.
