Emi Akezawa's personal assistant who basically babysits Baki and arranges his fights. He's surprisingly competent in a fight himself despite being older, and he's pretty much the closest thing Baki has to a real father figure. His main gig is keeping tabs on the kid and making sure he's got opponents lined up.
