Timothy's Innocence is a Parasitic-type ability centered around the jewel embedded in Timothy's forehead. It gives him the power to control other people's actions.
Tsukikami, the entity behind this ability, deliberately shaped his current form to resemble an adult version of Timothy himself—he's said it makes communication easier. He appears as a tall, ghost-like man in his mid-twenties with the same hairstyle as his host, though his hair is purple. He has pointed ears, pale white skin marked with navy-green patterns: a cross on his forehead (the vertical line running down to his nose), distinctive markings beneath his eyes, and a marked upper lip. His fingernails match this same color scheme.
He typically wears a loose white kimono with a Japanese character on the front, cinched with a striped purple obi and a thick blue-white rope cord. His pants feature a blue and white checkered pattern, and he goes barefoot.
