Namur commands the 8th division of the Whitebeard Pirates. He's a tiger shark Fishman, recognizable by the stripes running down both sides of his face, sharp teeth, and gill slits. A lightning-bolt-shaped scar marks his left cheek, and he's got fangs jutting from his lower jaw like Jinbei. He's on the shorter, stockier side with spiky upright hair.
The "8" tattoo on his neck makes his division affiliation pretty obvious. His usual outfit is a white shirt with sky blue sleeves and an orange Criminal brand star logo on the chest. The anime gave him gray pants with a belt and added a gray shark fin protruding from his back, though his legs were never shown in the original manga. He goes barefoot.
