Porchemy was a crew member under Captain Bluejam in the Bluejam Pirates. He shows up in Luffy's backstory flashbacks—specifically, he was after Ace and Sabo trying to recover some loot that Ace had lifted from one of the crew. Apparently working as a trader for Bluejam, Porchemy was pretty focused on getting that stolen goods back.
