Sachiko, better known as Chomesuke, is a Level 2 Akuma who used to work for Millennium Earl before Marian Cross converted her. Despite her masculine appearance as an Akuma, she's female in her human form—something that caught Lavi's attention pretty quickly. He even gave her the nickname "Chomesuke" based on her habit of ending sentences with "-cho."
After her conversion, Sachiko became fiercely loyal to Cross, though freedom came with a price. The Earl's influence never fully released its grip on converted Akuma, leaving them caught between their new allegiance and their original programming. Fighting against that pull caused them real suffering.
Cross stationed her in Edo and sent her on a specific mission: deliver a message to Lenalee's group and escort them safely there. She handled that responsibility without question.
Her combat abilities remain largely a mystery, though she's definitely got serious strength—enough to push a whole boat around with ease, as she once demonstrated with Anita's vessel.
