Junko runs Green Entertainment, a talent agency that's seen better days. She's a straight-shooting woman who doesn't mince words—her potty mouth is basically her trademark—and she's rarely without a cigarette. Originally from Kumamoto Prefecture down in southern Japan, Junko's bounced around the country over the years, living in Tokyo and Osaka before eventually settling in Sendai, which isn't exactly close to where she started. When Green Entertainment lost their last talent group, she tasked Kōhei Matsuda with scouting a new idol act. It's a desperation move, really—the company needed fresh blood to survive, and Matsuda was apparently her best shot at finding it.
