Neuronist is one of Nazarick's NPCs, working as a special intelligence investigator—basically the tomb's torturer. It genuinely loves the job, which makes sense given that inflicting pain is kind of its whole thing. The creature has a taste for brains, which it considers its favorite food, so torture and interrogation naturally appeal to it.
Visually, Neuronist is pretty hard to miss: a massive, bloated grey corpse with tentacles sprouting from its body and unnaturally long fingers tipped with sharp, inch-long nails. Despite being asexual as a species, Neuronist insists on identifying as an "onee-san"—basically the big sister type—which is about as incongruous as everything else about it.
