Satsuki Kiryuuin runs Honnouji Academy as Student Council President, basically running the whole show. She's known for being ruthless—evaluating students and deciding who gets the game-changing Ultima Uniforms. The thing that sets her apart is that she doesn't bother with a standard Goku Uniform like everyone else; her sword "Bakuzan" does the job just fine, at least according to her. That said, she eventually adopts a Kamui called "Junketsu," which marks a pretty significant shift in how she operates.
