Kagetane Hiruko is an antagonist and Promoter who works alongside his daughter Kohina, serving as her Initiator.
At first glance, Kagetane comes across as theatrical—almost deliberately so. He's a pale, lean guy with slicked-back hair and a distinctive white mask that covers his entire face, leaving only his jawline partially visible. The mask itself is simple but unsettling, featuring a mischievous smirk and crescent-shaped eye spots that give off serious villain energy. Combined with his get-up—a multi-buttoned jacket with a split cape, white gloves, and a magician's hat—he basically dresses like a twisted stage performer. Underneath the jacket he wears a white button-up shirt and bow-tie. His pants are fitted with diagonal lines running down them, and he keeps two thigh straps that hold his custom Berettas: Spanking Sodomy and Psychedelic Gospel. The whole aesthetic is intentional and kind of absurd, which tracks with his personality.
