Charlotte Cornstarch
Charlotte Cornstarch is the 11th daughter and 27th child overall in the massive Charlotte family. She's the younger triplet sister of Moscato and Mash, and she's made a name for herself as an executive in the Big Mom Pirates. She runs Loving Island as Totto Land's Minister of Love, basically handling the romantic and relationship side of her mother's territory.
