A member of the noble faction and the heir to House Halfen, this guy holds the position of Vice President in the Royal Granfelt Special Magic Academy's Student Council. He's best known for his aristocratic attitude and unwavering pride in his family's status—which, fair to say, shows. He's pretty much the opposite of humble.
His feud with Haruto C started over something pretty petty: when first-year student Irisphilia failed to greet him properly, he decided that was reason enough to pick a fight. It says a lot about his character, honestly. He represents the noble faction at the academy, which puts him at odds with the royalists, and he doesn't seem interested in letting anyone forget which side he's on.
