Zohakuten is basically hatred given form—he's one of Hantengu's emotional manifestations. Visually, he's got this elaborate, ornate look that should probably be intimidating, and it kind of works because his whole vibe is vindictive and hostile. What's interesting about him is that he genuinely sees himself as the good guy in his own narrative, which makes him harder to write off as just another angry demon. He's got that self-righteous conviction that a lot of antagonists do, where he's convinced his actions are justified.
