Johan's twin sister and the sole survivor of the night her parents and brother were shot during what looked like a home invasion gone wrong. The trauma left her with amnesia in the aftermath. After she and Johan vanished, she was taken in by the Fortner family in Heidelberg, who had no idea she'd been Anna Liebert before becoming Nina Fortner.
As Nina, she built a quiet life—studying law at university and training seriously in Aikido, becoming genuinely skilled at it.
