Fugetsu Hui Guo Rou
Fugetsu is the Eleventh Prince of the Kakin Empire and the younger of a pair of twins. She's the daughter of Seiko, the emperor's sixth wife.
Her twin sister is Kacho, and the two of them are notably close—a bond that becomes central to understanding both of their characters and motivations throughout the story.
