Flower: Dandelion
Occupation: Yosei University 2nd year
Hobby: Looking for interesting part-time jobs
Tsuzuru joined the Spring Troupe as both actor and in-house writer—a dual role that lets him chase his real dream of becoming a screenwriter while contributing to Mankai's productions. He moved into the company dorm specifically to ease his family's financial strain; juggling university, multiple part-time gigs, and his responsibilities to Mankai is pretty much his entire life right now.
He grew up as the third of ten brothers, which shaped him into someone genuinely patient and protective—sometimes overly so. That experience with kids definitely shows when he interacts with the younger, rowdier members of the troupe. He's naturally serious and tends toward skepticism, even pessimism, but what really stands out is his work ethic. Tsuzuru will literally stay up all night polishing a script until it's perfect, refusing to rest until he's satisfied. His dedication borders on obsessive.
Finding a theater company willing to let a complete newcomer write and provide housing was nearly impossible—even scouting the usual theater districts came up empty. Izumi spotted him as exactly what Mankai needed and made the pitch. It worked out perfectly, though Tsuzuru's packed schedule sometimes makes you wonder how he manages to keep everything running smoothly.
