Potepen started out as nothing more than a bar soul that literally came out of a bag of potato chips. He tagged along with Totta after figuring out what the Bakutsuri Bar Rod could really do. The guy's got potatoes growing straight out of his head—and yeah, they're actually edible and taste pretty good, which is probably the least weird thing about him.
