What makes her stand out right away is how much she clashed with Fuutarou Uesugi when he first showed up as their tutor. She was by far the most hostile and resistant of the quintuplets.
Personality-wise, Nino's a social powerhouse with tons of friends and an outgoing vibe that makes her easy to get along with. But she's also got a sharp edge to her tongue and won't sugarcoat things, even when she's talking to her own sisters. That rebellious streak and her refusal to go along with the program early on gives her classic tsundere energy—difficult and prickly on the surface, though there's clearly more going on underneath. Among the five, she's definitely the least inclined to cooperate at first, which makes her stand out as the rule-breaker of the bunch.
