Dr. Gaia
Dr. Gaia is a Black Ghost scientist who shows up during the Mythos arc. He's best known for developing the Mythos Cyborgs alongside Dr. Uranus, using Greek mythology as the basis for their cyborg cell's design philosophy.
The guy's main goal in the arc is pretty straightforward: he wants to use his team to take down what he sees as Black Ghost traitors—namely the 00 cyborg squad and Dr. Gilmore. It's a revenge play wrapped up in the whole Mythos storyline.
