Teshio Megumi is a minor character from Toaru Majutsu no Index, best known as Saku Tatsuhiko's right-hand woman in the faction BLOCK. She's deeply involved in their darker operations, including a major coordinated attack planned for October 9 that was meant to unite various Dark Side factions with around 5,000 outside mercenaries—all aimed at taking down Aleister Crowley. The whole scheme fell apart thanks to GROUP's interference.
