Yobuko is a youkai character from GeGeGe no Kitarō who shows up in both the manga and anime. He's sometimes called Yamabiko (literally "mountain echo") or Yama-Kozou ("mountain boy")—basically different names for the same creature depending on the version. In the manga, he occasionally gets lumped in with Kitarō's family, though his status as a core member isn't always consistent.
