Shibabawa was one of G-City's most famous fortune tellers, known for her eerily accurate predictions. She's best remembered for warning of a catastrophic disaster she called a "great disaster"—something that clearly weighed on her mind.
Physically, she was an elderly woman with distinctive features: long fingernails, white hair, sunken cheeks, and very few teeth. Her eyebrows were thin, and her face bore the deep wrinkles of age. She typically wore a pearl necklace and matching earrings.
