Juzo Inui is a former Gun Slave Unit soldier turned processor who now helps people deal with extend-related issues. He's best known for his bizarre appearance—most notably, his head is literally a revolver, complete with a trigger and handle jutting from the back, paired with a heavy metallic jaw and a prominent chin. Where his mouth should be are hexagon-shaped teeth with no lips. He's a big guy, standing 6ft 6in (1.98m) with a muscular build, usually dressed in a black t-shirt under a gray jacket. His right hand is also gun-like and fully functional as a weapon.
