Synopsis

The city's post-war landscape is filled with "Extends"—people whose bodies were surgically weaponized. Inui Juuzou is one of them, though he has no memory of who he was before his head was converted into a gun. There's a weird catch though: his head-gun can only be fired by someone standing behind him. He works as a kind of fixer, taking jobs that involve other Extends, and he's partnered with Mary, a sharp young woman he's taken under his wing.
