Hoichael and Michael
Hoichael and Michael are a pair of troublemaking kids running around the backstreets of Water 7. They're basically Franky fanboys—they dress like him, copy his "Mm, super!!" catchphrase, and generally worship the guy. They're also fans of Paulie. Of course, their general delinquency hasn't made them popular with everyone; they've managed to annoy at least Tilestone and Peeply Lulu with their antics.
