Keito's the type who'll talk your ear off—he's got an overbearing way about him, but he backs it up with genuine composure and level-headedness. As vice-president of the Student Council, he runs things smoothly and serves as Eichi Tenshouin's right hand, which gives him serious pull around the academy.
Growing up in a Buddhist temple shaped who he is. He and Eichi go way back—childhood friends who still make time to drink tea together. He was also tight with Rei Sakuma before they all entered the academy. Keito's the fair type: follow the rules and he won't give you grief, but break them and you'll get an earful of a lecture. Fair warning though—the guy's got unnaturally sharp hearing, so don't count on him missing anything.
