A shady club owner who hires Kyouma to track down illegal coils in exchange for cash from the New Tesla bounty system. He's the type to work both sides of the law—running his establishment while keeping connections to the underground coil trade. Not exactly a guy you'd trust with your wallet, but he knows how to get things done and isn't afraid to make deals with bounty hunters desperate enough to take the work.
