Humans discovered a fourth dimension—Dimension W—and found it's got a seemingly unlimited energy source inside. To tap into it, they created "coils," devices that draw power from Dimension W. By 2071, the New Tesla Energy corporation has a total stranglehold on the energy market with their coils, which naturally led to black market knock-offs flooding everywhere. Kyouma Mabuchi is an ex-soldier who doesn't trust coil technology one bit. He's stubborn enough to still drive a gas-powered car in a world that's moved on. He makes his living as a "Collector"—basically a bounty hunter who tracks down illegal coils for cash. A routine job goes sideways when he meets Mira Yurizaki, an android connected to the original inventor of coils. When weird stuff starts happening around them, the two unlikely partners team up to figure out what's really going on with Dimension W.
