A human Collector who's basically given up on using Coil technology himself—he's got this whole thing about it. Instead, he spends his free time in a junkyard restoring old gas-powered cars, which is either a hobby or a lifestyle depending on who you ask. These days Kyouma works as an independent contractor doing the dirty work: tracking down illegal Coils and the people dealing them. He's best known for his unconventional choice of weapon—large throwing spikes—which he uses with enough skill that you don't want to be on the receiving end of one.
