Connolly works under Flanagan Boone's command at the Earth Federation's Belfast Base in Ireland. When White Base comes under attack, Boone sends Connolly to track down the Zeon spy Miharu and pass along orders—Miharu's supposed to slip onto White Base and figure out where it's headed.
