Ibara is one of the Four Temple Rakshasa Demons—a group of executioners working directly under the Prime Minister. His main ability lets him stretch and manipulate his body parts freely, giving him serious combat flexibility.
Personality-wise, he's cocky and loves violence. When he first encountered Seryu and the Jaegers, he nearly attacked her on the spot. He's quick to brush off doubt in his abilities too—when Seryu questioned what the Demons could do, Ibara basically told her and the rest of the Jaegers to back off and enjoy some wine while the real fighters handled things.
