Marron is Krillin and Android 18's daughter, born sometime before the Majin Buu Saga. As a kid, she was basically her dad's mini-me—same eyes, same lack of a nose (though she does actually have a tiny one). Over time, though, she started looking more like her mother.
What sets her apart from basically every other Z Fighter's kid is that neither of her parents ever trained her. Whether that's because she has no latent abilities, no interest in martial arts, or just preferred to live a normal life isn't entirely clear—but unlike Gohan, Trunks, or the Saiyan hybrids, Marron never became a fighter. She's content staying out of the whole superhuman combat thing.
