Blamenco commands the 6th division of the Whitebeard Pirates. His name was officially confirmed in the SBS section of Volume 58.
He's a stocky guy with a notably muscular build, prominent lips, and distinctive pouches under his chin that might extend down his chest. His outfit is pretty distinctive—overalls with a pig-faced Jolly Roger printed on them, paired with a pirate hat bearing Whitebeard's symbol. He ties it all together with a standard sash threaded through the overall loops.
