Zu Mei Chang runs the Asia Branch of the Black Order as Head Chef—yeah, he's actually that good in the kitchen. He's also a skilled metallurgist who designs Anti-Akuma Weapons. Bak Chang is his great-nephew.
Before settling into his current role, Zu Mei was a serious player in the Chang clan's magic circle, holding real influence and pulling serious weight in the Central. He taught a younger Malcolm Leverrier back in the day and remains one of the few people who actually calls him by his first name.
His culinary skills are genuinely masterful—he trained Jerry, who now heads up the kitchens at Headquarters. While he didn't directly participate in the Second Apostle Project, he couldn't shake the guilt over it. You'd catch him hanging around the research lab's kitchen pretty regularly, keeping tabs on what was happening there.
