Seaquant is a Blacklist Hunter who works for the Zoldyck Family. He showed up three years before the main story with a hundred henchmen to attack their estate on Kukuroo Mountain, but got completely destroyed by Canary—who was just a ten-year-old trainee butler at the time. The experience humbled him enough that he asked to join the Zoldycks' service. He's become close friends with Zebro, the family's longtime groundskeeper.
When Gon, Leorio, and Kurapika arrive trying to reach Killua, Seaquant and Zebro let them crash at their place and use the heavy training equipment while they prepare to open the Testing Gate. After Chairman Netero dies, he shows up at the Hunters Association headquarters to vote in the election for the next chairman.
