He doesn't talk much, and when he does, he's often missing words, suggesting Japanese isn't his native language. He's actually fluent in Chinese. As one of the original members from Ryūseigai, he solidified his standing in the group after defeating Zazan, earning himself temporary control over the entire operation.
He's a professional assassin through and through, with the speed to match the job. His movements are so fast he leaves afterimages behind, and he's developed a fighting style around an umbrella that hides both a sword and a needle-firing gun for surprise attacks.
