Ronny the Jaws took over as Thailand's boss after Verrocchio got killed by the twins. Nobody really knows his actual name—"Dago" is just what Balalaika calls him, and it's meant as an insult.
He's a bit more level-headed than his predecessor, but that's not saying much. The guy's still arrogant and makes poor decisions, which is why Balalaika and Chang both seem to have a dim view of him. His approach to running a criminal operation is basically immature, and it shows. What's especially notable is how little respect he has for Abrego—he'll openly disrespect the guy despite being the newest player at the top table in Roanapur. For someone in his position, that's a pretty risky move.
