Riko Tsukimi teaches homeroom at Kouryou Academy for Tooru and Julie's class. She's basically fresh out of being a student there herself, having just graduated before taking on the teaching role. She's pretty close with Sakuya and knows basically all of her secrets.
She's got a reputation for making perverted jokes, and most of them end up aimed at Tooru—probably because he's the guy in a duo with the opposite gender. This constant ribbing tends to create all sorts of misunderstandings around him.
