Rather than going after people's necks like traditional bloodsuckers, she relies on government-supplied blood packs and substitutes like tomato juice—practical, if less thrilling. She's actually a huge garlic fan, which completely goes against everything vampire folklore says she should be.
Despite her laid-back personality, she's got a genuinely good heart. She'll step up for people when it counts. When Yuki was being talked about behind her back, she didn't hesitate to defend her. She does occasionally get the urge to bite someone—usually her sister takes the brunt of that impulse—but she keeps it under control.
