Raizou of the Mist
Raizou is a ninja from Wano Country and one of Kinemon and Kanjuurou's closest allies. He serves as a retainer of the Kozuki Family.
Best known for his mastery of ninja techniques, Raizou specializes in stealth and mist-based jutsu—hence his epithet. He's fiercely loyal to his lord and has proven himself willing to risk everything for the cause of Wano's liberation.
