Genga shows up during the Captain Amagai arc as one of Gyōkaku Kumoi's hired assassins.
His appearance is pretty distinctive. He's got yellow armor covering his lower body, a yellow eye-patch over his right eye, and a white cloak that drapes over his head like a cape. There's a scar running across his right eye that adds to the overall look.
When he faced off against Chad, Genga came across as dismissive of his opponent, staying unimpressed even when Chad's abilities started outmatching his own. The problem was that Genga leaned too heavily on his Bakkoto during the fight—so much so that he nearly got swallowed whole by it.
