Big Pan is the largest and final member of the Groggy Monsters. As a wotan—a hybrid of Fishman and Giant with Mudfish ancestry—he's got skin so slippery it deflects most physical attacks, though swords cut through it just fine (Pickles proved that by accident when he slashed him). During the Groggy Ring, Big Pan served as his team's ball, which didn't work out well for him. Sanji's Anti-Manner Kick Course took him down, and Zoro finished the job by smashing him into the goal. He's popped up in anime filler matches since then, though, like the Pirate Dodgeball game where his throw was so wild it knocked out Usopp and most of his own team in one shot.
His name's a straightforward reference to the cooking pan, which doubles as his weapon during matches.
