A lawyer who becomes Nao's first point of contact after she gets pulled into the LGT. He's the one who suggests she team up with a scam artist to get an edge in the game, and he's the one who points her toward Akiyama. Turns out he's been working for the LGT the whole time—his real job is keeping players from doing anything stupid like handing their winnings over to the cops after Round I.
He reappears at Nao's place after Round II to drop some intel on Akiyama's background, which he uses to manipulate her into coming back for the Revival Round. Later on, he's spotted keeping tabs on Revival Round I alongside Leronira, and he shows up at her door again to break the news about Revival Round II.
