Blocken lost most of his body under mysterious circumstances and now exists as a small, blocky figure in a hooded robe—basically a living Lego man. He spends most of his time perched on Bill's shoulder, which seems to work out fine for both of them. The transformation actually boosted his furyoku significantly, and he's managed to survive quite a few scrapes despite his. limited physical form.
He's fought alongside Bill against the Icemen before getting shut down by HoroHoro's interference. Later on, he popped up with Tsukigumi a few times, though things went badly when he ran into Peyote—who, as it turns out, didn't leave many survivors in his wake. Blocken barely made it out of that one.
Here's the big reveal: Blocken's actually Hao's adoptive father. He raised Hao from infancy after the kid reincarnated and bolted from the Asukura family. Not exactly something you'd guess from looking at him.
