She showed up in Atami looking for Nishikiori Tsubasa—her dad had asked her to track him down—but by the time she got there, Tsubasa had already taken off for Germany. While she was in town, she and Kabuto Shiro hit it off and became close friends. Shiro fell for her pretty much immediately, though the feeling doesn't seem to have been entirely mutual.
